Battle of Management
Battle of Management was the first flagship management event planned and organized entirely by the BBA students under the guidance and class coordination of Dr. Shivanand Kagawade. The event showcased the leadership, planning, teamwork, and event management skills of the BBA students.
The competition was organized by the BBA Department, with enthusiastic participation from the MBA students. The event featured a variety of exciting and creative competitions, including Marketing, Face Painting, Business Quiz, Gaming (PUBG and Free Fire), Reel Making, and Photography. Each event encouraged participants to demonstrate their creativity, strategic thinking, communication skills, and technical abilities.
Educational Visit to The Maratha Light Infantry Regimental Centre (MLIRC)
The BBA students, visited The Maratha Light Infantry Regimental Centre (MLIRC) as part of an educational and motivational visit. The visit provided students with a unique opportunity to experience the disciplined lifestyle and values followed by the Indian Army.
During the visit, the students learned about army life, military training, discipline, courage, leadership, teamwork, and the importance of dedication and patriotism. They gained valuable insights into the history and achievements of the regiment, the daily routine of soldiers, and the commitment required to serve the nation. The officers also shared inspiring experiences that motivated students to develop qualities such as responsibility, resilience, and self-confidence.

Guest Lecture on Career Opportunities in Securities Exchange
The BBA students, along with the MBA students, attended an insightful and informative guest lecture on Career Opportunities in Securities Exchange. The session was designed to provide students with a clear understanding of the functioning of the securities market, stock exchanges, and the wide range of career opportunities available in the financial sector.
The guest speaker explained important concepts such as the stock market, investment strategies, trading, financial planning, mutual funds, and wealth management. Students also learned about various professional roles, including stockbroker, investment advisor, equity research analyst, financial analyst, portfolio manager, and other careers in the capital market. The speaker highlighted the importance of developing analytical skills, financial knowledge, communication abilities, and staying updated with market trends to build a successful career in this field.
                   
Management Premier League (MPL)
The Management Premier League (MPL) was an exciting short-pitch cricket tournament organized for the BBA and MBA students. The event aimed to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and healthy competition among the students.
Teams from both departments participated enthusiastically, displaying excellent coordination, strategy, and team spirit throughout the matches. The tournament created a lively and energetic atmosphere, bringing together students beyond the classroom and strengthening friendships through sports.
    
        
Outbound Training Program – Halsi
The BBA students, along with the MBA students, participated in an enriching Outbound Training Program at Halsi, Belagavi. The program was organized to promote teamwork, leadership, communication, and overall personality development through experiential learning.
During the visit, the students explored the historic temples of Halsi and learned about their cultural and historical significance. The trip also included a variety of team-building games, fun activities, and interactive sessions that encouraged cooperation, problem-solving, and strong bonding among the participants.
